Elite Bin Cleaning LLC provides trash bin cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior property cleaning services in South New Jersey, including Camden County, Gloucester County, Burlington County, and Cape May County. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic limitations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or location at our discretion. Quoted prices are estimates and may be subject to adjustment based on the actual condition of the property or bins upon arrival.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, and will make every effort to notify customers promptly.

4. Payment

A 20% down payment is required to book our services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major forms of payment as communicated at the time of booking. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

5. Annual Membership Plans

Annual membership plans are non-refundable once the first service has been rendered. Memberships are tied to the service address and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing and benefits with reasonable advance notice.

6. Property Access and Liability

By scheduling a service, you grant Elite Bin Cleaning LLC permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the scheduled service. You are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be serviced. Elite Bin Cleaning LLC carries appropriate liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from access restrictions or hazardous conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins and property areas are reasonably accessible on the scheduled service date. Hazardous materials, medical waste, or items that pose a safety risk must be removed from bins prior to cleaning. We reserve the right to skip bins that present a safety hazard without a refund for that service visit.
